If you're unable to schedule a lesson it's likely because we are booked for the month. The schedule is released and existing clients are made aware roughly the last day or the day before the last day of the month. Typically the month is booked within 2 hours (non-peak season). It's faster during peak.
If you want to get priority access or simply to get in for the first time you may want to purchase a VIP prepaid package. Upon purchase of a lesson package you will be sent an email with a certificate code that you will use when scheduling your lessons online. You'll also want to send a text to (614) 778-6760 and advise you just purchased a VIP package and you will be added to a VIP text message list that will also give you access to VIP pre-release schedule.
You can also view your remaining lesson minutes when you "Register for an Account" when you book a lesson on the Confirmation Page. *NOTE - All package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable outside your immediate family.
